The students love them. Students have been motivated to share their writing and are thankful for the little pat on the back and reward for their effort. I have students who are typically hesitant to share their writing go out of their comfort zone more often. The students benefit from hearing authentic writing from their peers and these materials help support this practice.\r\n\r\nThey LOVE designing their Writer's Notebooks and their personalities are really shining through. In fact, I've hear several conversations started due to the stickers. They're a conversation piece and a fun way for students to learn about one another. I've also learned some surprising interests about my students. \r\n\r\nWe will continue to use our Writer's Notebooks throughout the school year. These materials will go far and will be used for many months to come.
