My Students

I teach in a classroom where everyone feels included and safe. The students in my classroom have shown amazing resilience as we map out this new world we live in due to Covid. Students have shown how they can be happy and helpful even when restrictions like masks and social distancing have been their new norm.

My Project

I would like to acquire 3 Chromebooks for use in my classroom. Chromebooks are wonderful tools for the students to access reading, information, math, and more to help them with their academic learning. The Chromebooks are wonderful tools to differentiate instruction as there are different levels of reading, math, and content curriculum that can be assigned and managed throughout the day.

Many students are behind because of the days that were missed or shortened because of Covid19.

Of these students, I am most worried about my special education kiddos who need extra time and support. Having 3 Chromebooks that are specifically assigned for these students would allow me to give them the extra time and support they need with math, reading, and writing.
