My Project

The Apple 11-inch iPad (A16 chip, Wi‑Fi, 128GB, Pink) will transform how students engage with reading and writing by giving them access to tools that support modern, creative literacy.

In today’s world, literacy goes far beyond paper and pencil.

Students need opportunities to write, speak, create, and publish using digital platforms—the same kinds of tools used in real-world communication.

With this iPad, students will be able to:

Draft, revise, and publish writing using apps that support editing, collaboration, and feedback

Create podcasts and record speeches, building confidence in speaking and listening skills

Produce video storytelling projects, combining writing with visual creativity

Access digital texts and audiobooks, supporting diverse learning needs and reading levels

Design multimedia projects, allowing students to express ideas in ways that go beyond traditional essays

This device is especially important for students who may not have access to technology at home. It ensures equitable access to the tools they need to succeed in a digital world.

Most importantly, the iPad helps students see themselves not just as learners, but as authors, creators, and storytellers. It brings engagement, creativity, and real-world relevance into the ELA classroom—helping every student find and share their voice.
