Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help create a daily needs hygiene station for students who may not have regular access to personal care essentials at home. Many students come to school worried about basic needs, which can affect their confidence, comfort, attendance, and ability to focus on learning. The hygiene station will provide items such as wipes, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, lotion, and other everyday necessities. Having easy access to these supplies will help students feel cared for, prepared, and supported throughout the school day. By meeting these important needs, we can help create a healthier, more positive, and more inclusive learning environment for every student.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
