This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help my young learners unlock their creativity. My Tk class of 4- and 5-year-olds are filled with wonder and awe at all things new.

We are working on an architecture unit, and it would be great for them to have some hands-on materials so that they can experiment and build themselves.

My students will learn about gravity and sound structure as well as persistence and teamwork. They will build more than structures during this study. They will also build their confidence and willingness to try new things.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
