Creative STEM Students Need 3D Printer to Make Parts
Help me give my students a way to create parts for their robot. The 3D printer will allow my students to use their ingenuity in building their robot and make parts the their own parts.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are from a low socioeconomic area in San Diego and our charter school focuses on nurturing, igniting and equipping students to give them access to Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) activities.
We are standing up a new FIRST Technical Challenge robotics team and are in need of tools and supplies to build a competition robot.
We focus on the Engineering Design process as well as Project Management and time management to prepare students for a STEM career with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
My Project
We have a brand new FTC team that are learning as they compete. They currently have parts from a standard kits and would to make parts on a 3D printer.
Help students use their creativity and innovation to build parts with a 3D printer and which will also allow them to learn in the process.
While they have a "kit" of standard parts, these students "think outside the box," and the 3D printer will allow them to fabricate parts to use in their unique robot designed with their imagination and inventiveness.
