Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will provide students with access to a Cricut cutting machine and materials, allowing them to design and create real-world products that connect directly to Life Management skills. Using the Cricut, students will create practical items such as budget binders and financial tracking tools, kitchen organization labels and meal prep materials, personalized planners and goal-setting tools, and custom t-shirts, decals, and tote bags for entrepreneurship projects.

Students will learn how to take an idea from concept to completion by designing, planning, producing, and evaluating their work.

This process mirrors real-world applications and introduces students to industry-relevant technology used in design, marketing, and small business creation. With some help, my students will not only gain the confidence to show off their skills, but to make something they are truly proud of.
