This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Transitional Kindergarten students learn best through hands on exploration and meaningful play. Sensory experiences are essential at this age, helping them develop fine motor skills, strengthen language, and build social connections with their peers. With a sensory table, trays, and fine motor tools, students will explore sand, water, and small materials in engaging, hands on ways. These activities support early writing development, encourage problem solving, and promote collaboration. Many of my students benefit from interactive learning opportunities that allow them to fully engage their senses. Your support will help create an enriching classroom environment where students can explore, discover, and grow through play.
