Creating Glow-in-the-Dark Art!

Help me give my students the ability to create blacklight art! With these materials, we will be able to create fun, super cool Glow-in-the-Dark projects!

My Project

We're getting ready to glow with backlight-reactive art! With just a blacklight and fluorescent art supplies, my students can create artwork that shines bright in a dark room. The Glow-in-the-Dark art materials include phosphors that cause materials to glow when exposed to specific types of light and glow under intense UV blacklight. Each project planned features a retro-themed subject, so I can take my students on a “blast from the past” from the 1960s through the 1990s with groovy flowers, boomboxes, lava lamps, roller skates, disco balls, vintage cars and more!
