When this item was then also backordered, I switched gears again and purchased a few more waders for my environmental science class! \r\n\r\nMy students are thrilled to be able to get out into the water where we sample for macroinvertebrates and run several water quality tests such as pH, hardness, alkalinity, etc. These tests allow us to get a full picture of the quality of the several different water bodies that we sample every year. \r\n\r\nIt is great to be able to get my students good gear; high quality waders keep them dry and productive during class time, and they get to enjoy the great outdoors for several class periods. We collect this type of data from several sites in the river that runs through our town, our local pond, Cranberry Lake and Lake Superior during every school year.
