Creating and Helping Little Minds

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and feel successful in the classroom.

As a special education teacher, I will have the privilege of working with students who have unique learning styles, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued, encouraged, and capable of achieving their goals.

My students thrive when they have access to hands-on, multisensory, and differentiated learning materials and a rug that meet their individual needs.

Many require additional visual supports, manipulatives, sensory tools, adaptive resources, and interactive activities to help them build academic skills, increase confidence, and develop independence. These resources will allow me to provide personalized instruction that helps students make meaningful progress in reading, writing, math, communication, social skills, and daily living skills.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
