Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students with extra supports need specialized materials that will improve their abilities to be in the general education classroom. Students may become overwhelmed by. noise in the classroom, outside on the playground or during special times in the day, with noise cancelling headphones students will have one less distraction. Other students may need a way to fidget that is not to distracting to other students, having chair fidgets can improve focus. Some students require voice to text and having headphones will increase the access they have to programs.

We are also continuing to build the space for students where they know materials live.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
