Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The social emotional needs of our students and students across the country are at an all time high. With the effects of the Covid pandemic still looming, many of our students struggle with making age appropriate decisions and resolving conflicts in a healthy, safe way.

As our middle school works towards creating a positive school climate we are attempting to establish incentives that could help motivate students into making good decisions.

It is our hope that this will improve our school climate and help put teaching and learning at the forefront of what we do. We will use the supplies requested as incentives and rewards for students making positive choices and showing positive growth.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
