Creating a Home Environment

My Project

I am a firm believer that students succeed when they are comfortable and feel at home in the classroom. It is hard to achieve that feeling of safety and security when surround by four white walls. In order to change that, I have been working to add elements of homeyness to our lab. This projects will help bring some live plants into our STEAM Lab. These plants add color, a comfortable environment and can even be used to learn about propagation and plant live cycles in class! My students are so excited to have some plants in the room to care for and watch them grow!
