My Students

My first grade students are some of the most loving, funny, and respectful kids I’ve ever experienced. They LOVE to learn and challenge themselves to become better readers and mathematicians. I’ve put a lot of focus on showing love for what each child brings to the classroom community, so we celebrate culture, traditions, languages, too!

My Project

This project will allow my students to each have a STEM tub to hold stem materials and encourage critical and creative thinking! I also added a couple more STEM manipulatives to go along with the ones I’ve already purchased. This way my students wiIl not have to worry about sharing materials and germs, but still get the opportunity to have hands-on learning time. I also included read alouds to continue supporting inclusion and diversity in my classroom plus two wall shelves to display and encourage these stories...a personal passion of mine. Thank you so much for supporting my amazing students and their needs!
