Help me give my students a comfortable place for building and reviewing literacy skills and forming a love of reading.

In my classroom, I have a motto that I make sure to say to my students every day. "Keep moving forward". They truly do put forth a strong effort, and I want to ensure that they are provided with adequate resources to allow them to keep moving forward especially with their reading skills.
My classroom consists of 25 curious, inquisitive, and eager students.
Many of them have had difficulties with academics, especially in the area of literacy. My students are eager to learn and share their ideas. It has been my goal to surround them with quality literature, and to provide them with the access to this literature. The school population receives 85-90% free and reduced lunch, with 65% of the student body speaking English as a second language. The school is in Title I reform. The school itself was built to house 275 students and with all of the portable additions, the student body stands at 763 students. With several of the other campuses in the district being rebuilt with reading resources included, my school was passed over in spite of housing one of the largest populations.
With my project, students will have a warm and comfortable place to practice their skills in which they can feel proud.
Every student deserves a chance to fall in love with literature and with reading.
I feel that this project is a means of getting students excited about challenging themselves and finding that love of books.
This project includes colorful flooring as a support, and five bean bag chairs to be utilized during silent reading times and during classroom centers. These classroom additions will help students who may not have had positive or safe classroom experiences in the past to feel at home in their work environment.
