Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students often struggle with getting certain comfort and care items so I try to keep my classroom stocked with basic items beyond my classroom curriculum in order to satisfy some basic needs. This project will help ensure my students have enough tissues, sanitizer, feminine products, and lotion through the winter season when they struggle the most with colds and just being comfortable.

I also incuded a dehumidifier to help with the dry air in our classroom and lifesavers.

My students benefit from little pick-me-ups, and lifesavers brighten their day and help them to focus and work hard in class. I've also included extra ink to print their favorite in color resources and a few new books to replace lost ones from our classroom library.
