My Project

I teach a fantastic group of kindergarteners in a TITLE 1 school. I teach a wide variety of students with a wide variety of different educational needs.

My students love to do art and but unfortunately, our allotted art supplies do not reflect all of our colors and cultures.

I have been lucky enough to get multicultural crayons, but would love to expand our art projects using markers and colored pencils. I try to fit in an art project every week, and with Black History month, Hispanic Heritage month, as well as Women's History month we will be doing a lot of art. I would love to reflect everyone as we learn.

The humidifier will be used to combat our dry skin with the rough weather.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
