My Project

Every year in first grade I strive to have my students work collaboratively and to learn from each other. This has been an even bigger goal since the COVID shutdown where social skills were not exercised on a daily basis. Having tables will really create and provide a more shared space where students can work jointly on assignments and centers, but also where they can interact more easily with each other.

I noticed last year that even when my students wanted to work collaboratively, their old, large desks seemed to be getting in the way.

I would love to give my students tables instead of desks so they can more easily work together and have a shared collaborative space. Thank you, in advance, for supporting my classroom.
