Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These office supplies will help me serve my students in a more organized and efficient way. My students enjoy doing a variety of things, such as playing games, coloring, or participating in small group lessons. With that, comes all the supplies and tools needed to carryout the various activities. I want to be sure my students or I can find and access materials quickly so their needs can be addressed in a timely manner.

Organization is key.

Organization helps add to peace of mind. I want my office to feel warm, relaxing and calm. I don't want my students to get distracted with the clutter of my materials and resources. I will be able to utilize the 5 Drawers Storage Dresser to organize my small group materials. I run various small groups on topics like anger, self-control, and grief, having one place to store all the materials for groups would be a time and space saver. With each group, I give students 2- pocket folders to keep their papers in. This helps students to learn how to be organize and to easily locate the resources I give them.

These storage and organization tools will help me be a clutter-free counselor!
