My Project

This is for a 4th and 5th grade Clover Bowl club that will complete in our local 4-H group at a small rural school. Our poverty percentage is extremely high and most of our students struggle with issues in their home lives. Most of the students at my school struggle with having basic supplies. It is hard for parents to send in these supplies or pay for their students to be a part of a club.

These supplies will allow our students to have the materials that they need to practice within their club.

4-H is an organization that volunteers at our schools to get kids involved in their community. Some of their main focuses are agriculture, state history, science, etc. One contest that the students have is called Clover Bowl. The students are asked trivia questions and compete against other schools.

These materials will help our students prepare for the competition and give them the motivational supplies that they need to be successful within their club. For a lot of our students being a part of a team is something new to them, so these supplies will make them feel like they are an important part of a group.
