My students are really struggling with mathematics. As a class, we are trying to do a lot of practice with learning about place value and numbers in general. My students are very distracted and need to have something hands-on to keep them engaged during lessons. The use of dry erase clipboards would be perfect for my classroom.
Dry erase clipboards would be beneficial to my entire class by allowing them to take charge of their learning, actively participate in the lesson, and practice their skills in a fun and engaging way. I would use these to allow my students to quickly work out problems as groups and individually. The plus side is that we can use them during math to work out problems, but we can also grab notebook paper and carry them outside with us to do fun science lessons. We would absolutely love to have these during peer editing and writing workshops, when we partner up and move around the room with our writing.
My students love getting to write their answers on whiteboards, but sadly, the ones we have are very old and very messed up. My students would be ecstatic to get boards that they can write on and that don't have scratches and marker stains.
