Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school has a high percentage of students on free and reduced lunch.

These snack and treat items will provide nutrition and motivation to my students until the end of the school year.

My students know they can come to my classroom for a snack which provides them a break and encouragement to keep going throughout their school day.

Often, we will have morning snack all together before 2nd or 6th period. Being able to offer food to my students, establishes a sense of community and care that goes beyond words!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
