It meant the word to my students to have snacks as they work. Teenagers are constantly hungry and need some sort of nourishment. My students for the next unit will create a food truck menu for the next unit project. It will include various meals, appetizers, and drinks from a Spanish speaking country of their choice. I am super excited to see what the kids will do. Counting time and clock math are important skills for all students - these clocks help us to build those skills with them as well. \r\n\r\nLastly, with the new executive order banning cell phones within our building, students who relied on their phones to help them with time have leaned heavily on these clocks to help with that transition. They could not have come at a more perfect time. Students were so excited when they saw them go up!
