Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 2nd grade students are kind, hardworking, and full of potential. Many of them come from underserved communities and face challenges outside of school, but they still come to class ready to learn, grow, and support one another. They are curious learners who deserve a classroom filled with the tools and resources needed to help them succeed.

These classroom supplies will make a huge difference in my students’ learning experiences each day.

Basic essentials like pencils, paper, folders, dry erase and markers, will help students stay organized, fully participate in lessons, and build confidence during independent and small group work. My goal for this project is to create a supportive and engaging classroom where every child has access to the materials they need to learn successfully and feel prepared every day.
