Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My high schoolers come from diverse home languages and cultures and have many different learning abilities. Most of my students do not have a love for reading, so I want my classroom filled with modern books that appeal to students.

My Project

This project will help support all of my students in learning and being part of a positive learning environment.

I love to have Spanish language books in my classroom to build a love for reading and give some students a taste of home.

Cell phones tend to be a distraction for most students, so having a digital clock in the classroom will help students to not sneak a peek at the time and get distracted from learning.

My goal as a teacher is for all of my students to feel comfortable and welcome in my classroom, and I hope these materials will help to build a positive classroom culture!
