My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home" in my classroom. We just need your help and generous donation in getting everything through to us!

The use of pop-up phonics is almost a daily activity with my 1st grade students and the colored paper will help the students with reading difficulties learn sight words and spelling words in a visual manner.

The requested Pop Up Phonics fidget set will be very useful with my 1st-grade Intervention group in my classroom. The cards provided with them can be used during mini-lessons and share time. They will be used for guided practice and to record modeled strategies. The colored paper will be used to make copies of spelling words and sight words which will help students with reading difficulties learn the words in a visual manner. The color-coded paper will be used to distinguish long vowel sounds, blends, and digraphs.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student basic reading skills, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
