My Students

I teach at a school with some amazing students and teachers. We have parents that thrive on supporting their student's learning. My sixth grade students each year are becoming more diversified in both their culture and in their educational needs.

The more I teach, I am finding that technology in the classroom is becoming extremely important.

Students need to be able to have a better understanding of technology to be successful in their years to come.

My Project

The extra Dell Chromebooks will help more students have a Chromebook to work on individualized programs that help students fill in concepts they have missed during COVID-19.

Students have more gaps than ever and these Chromebooks will allow us to target their needs.

My hope is that my students will have access to more Chromebooks so that during time I am working with a small group, others can work on individualized programs to help them fill in those gaps. Some programs include iReady and Lexia to help with math and reading.
