My Students

I have 22 inquisitive, wonderful second graders who I learn from every day. They are hard workers who love life and love being back in school every day. We definitely feel like we're playing catch-up at this time.

These students are hard workers but have definitely been affected by Covid.

They are very computer savvy and computers have been helping us a lot.

My Project

All of our students have gone through Covid. Some of them were online all last year and all of them were online for a portion of the year before. We feel that as teachers and we are trying so hard to catch them up so that they won't have gaps in their education. The online programs that the state and our district has provided are incredible and such a help. It is impossible to be effective if we don't have adequate Chromebooks for each student. This grant would be such a lifesaver! Thanks.
