Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are hungry learners. They love spending time reading and listening to read alouds. They love to dance and play with puppets! Movement is a big part of our daily routine! They have a big heart and they are also kind and aware of their special peers. They always come to class with a big smile, ready to start the day, which is very inspirational! My school is located in the Mission district in San Francisco, CA.

My Project

These materials will help my students to celebrate their progress in reading. They have been working really hard this year and this materials are a way to acknowledge their effort on this difficult times.

I would like to have a creative environment where my students feel joyful and ready to learn.

Eric Carle is one of our favorite author and illustrator. That's why we choose a couple of his books and decorations poster to have a classroom that will motivate and cheer up my amazing students who have been reading like champs!
