My Students

I am an instructional coach and I work with teachers to make sure all students can be successful here at our middle school. I work with teachers on many things, pedagogy, classroom management, and differentiation name a few. We are a middle school located in an agricultural area of NC, Franklin County. Many of our students are of great need, and we are a title one school. Our teachers work hard and care for their studnets. For many of our babies, this is the only place where they feel, happy, cared for, appreciated, celebrated, supported and loved.

My Project

I am an instructional coach and I am asking for the anchor charts and easel so that I can start to train teachers on the use of anchor charts. Anchor charts provide students with a source to reference when working on their own. They support students and also save teachers from having to spend classroom time going over concepts multiple times. Anchor charts are best practice because they provide a visual representation of a concept, skill, idea, etc. Our school could really use this resource to provide our students with more support.
