My Project
Our special education classroom uses iPads daily to support student learning, communication, and independence. From educational apps and reading tools to visual schedules and assistive technology, these devices have become essential in meeting the unique needs of our students. However, we currently lack a reliable, organized way to charge and store them. As a result, devices often run out of battery during lessons, causing disruptions and limiting access to important tools.
We are seeking donations to fund a secure, multi-device iPad charging station.
This charging station will provide a centralized, organized, and safe way to charge our classroom iPads overnight and throughout the day. It will also help teach students responsibility and routines as they learn to properly return and plug in their devices after use.
