Help me give my students differentiated ELA and math centers to maximize student learning.

My Project

Research shows us that centers provide opportunities for student choice with routines that build stamina and independence.

The students who are struggling with their phonological awareness can benefit from modeling and practicing the skills in small ELA groups.

Centers would also allow for activities that double as intervention lessons.

Centers will maximize the students learning.

Differentiated math centers will include activities and manipulatives that help students deepen their understanding of key math concepts.

For my students who have mastered a lot of their addition facts, I will use dice with larger numbers to challenge them.
