Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All our 62 fourth graders are ecstatic about this project! Our 4th grade team would like to provide engaging and exciting lessons/projects to our scholars during the months of February and March, Black History Month and Women's History Month.

We will use the Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) gift cards to purchase lessons/projects focusing on important African Americans and women who have made important contributions.

After our scholars research such important figures, they will be designing interactive posters with the file folders, aluminum tape, and Chibitronics LED circuit stickers. They will be using our Chibitronics Chibi Chip Microcontrollers and Makey Makey Invention Kits to code information on the interactive folders.

Our students can't wait to acquire these resources so they can start researching, engineering, and coding. They thank you in advance for your support! We are lucky to be your beneficiaries; thank you for your continued support. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
