My Project

As a kid in the 80s, there was nothing cooler than a model car kit. I remember saving money for two years to have enough to buy my first kit and it was awesome! I want to give that feeling of excitement to my students I get to teach STEM whichever way I want, so why not make it the most fun possible?

I want these kiddos to have the experience of building something with their hands.They will build cars out of Legos in teams.

The kids will learn valuable skills such as patience, teamwork, and perseverance. I will also use this opportunity to continue to teach them about the environment. They will learn about electric cars and why they are better for the environment than cars that run on gas.

I can't wait to share this magical experience with my students. I am sure they will never forget it.
