My Students

My students are energetic and excited to learn. They come from varied homes, backgrounds, and traditions. The wonderful thing about second graders is that they are excited about new things and about being students. My students are at varied levels in their learning.

My Project

I've returned to my classroom in a hybrid setting. I have requested a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card so I can purchase educational resources for my students to use in the classroom and at home. Many of my students are sitting at desks and struggling with the confined space. The four bouncing wobble chairs I have requested will give my students an opportunity to move while staying within their "safe space". These bouncing chairs are also easy to clean.

The manipulatives can be used for both hybrid and virtual learners.

The number lines will be sent home to students who need those extra helpers and tangibles for developing math skills. The Grab n Go cards are excellent reinforcements for what has been taught.
