My Project

I service an extremely resilient group of students. Their courage and strength are to be commended. Often my students that have siblings and are required to share a lot of things at home. By providing each individual student with headphones in the classroom, it will bring about a sense of ownership and a feeling of being acknowledged as an individual.

The headphones will allow my students to concentrate more easily while working on their reading programs online.

Some of our programs require the students to listen and speak. For this reason, I've requested headphones with microphones. My students need headphones to be able to listen to the lessons and not disturb their classmates.

Unfortunately, again this year some have lost or broken their headphones. I would like to reissue headphones to each individual again for use only in my classroom. I will be able to more closely monitor the use of the headphones. The generosity of the Donors Choose participants will help us greatly!
