My Project

What I love about my students the most is how loving, caring, and curious they are. My students enjoy learning new skill sets. However, I have a diverse group of students that require diverse learning techniques and resources to ensure success for all students.

I have students that are really active in the classroom setting, the mini squishy fidgets and the fidget spinners would help with balancing their energy within the classroom.

As a school, we are focusing more on understanding our own emotions and others as well, the seven SEL Book set would help with navigating lessons. Construction paper, Play Doh, puzzles, and coloring books are useful when allowing the students an opportunity to express themselves, which is not always verbally. Wobble stools would assist with providing a cool and fun seat while engaging in one-on-one counseling session and or small groups. Soft blankets will provide comfort to students when needing to decompress.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
