They were instantly drawn to them the first day!\r\n\r\nHaving these mirrors has helped with social interaction, learning about emotions, looking and learning about their bodies and objects by seeing how they move in the mirror, and seeing their surroundings from a new point of view. \r\n\r\nResearch has shown that having mirrors in a classroom for young autistic preschool children can help children mimic mouth movements of teachers/caregivers, as well as their peers.
