Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students are often faced with many different emotions and feelings that sometimes require some additional support. Calming areas are vital to allow students to have a designated space to help them deal with any feelings they might have. As a teacher, I am limited with the type of furniture I can use in my class. A calming area should have comfortable furniture where kids can go and destress and relax. The floor chairs with back support that I have ordered, would be a great addition to my class. Kids can move the chairs around easily and are very comfortable for kids to sit on and reflect.
