Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are curious, creative, and eager to learn, and I want to provide them with engaging reading materials that make learning exciting and meaningful. This project will bring high-interest science books, literacy-based activities, and organizational tools into our classroom to help students strengthen their reading comprehension, critical thinking, and independent learning skills.

The materials, including books, folders, and classroom organization supplies, will help create a structured and engaging learning environment where students can easily access resources and stay focused on learning.

Interactive items like the Minecraft-themed learning materials will motivate students and encourage even reluctant readers to participate and connect with texts in new ways.

My students deserve a classroom filled with opportunities to explore, imagine, and grow as readers. They work hard every day, show resilience, and bring so much personality and excitement into our classroom community. I love how supportive they are of one another, how eager they are to ask questions, and how proud they feel when they accomplish something new. With these resources, I can continue creating meaningful lessons that inspire a lifelong love of reading and learning.
