My Project

Every child deserves the opportunity to start their day feeling confident and ready to learn. I love how my 3rd grade students come into our classroom each day with curiosity, determination, and a willingness to grow. They are creative thinkers, enthusiastic learners, and hardworking individuals who take pride in their progress. My students continue to inspire me with their unique personalities, perseverance, and desire to do their best.

Our 3rd grade classroom is seeking support to provide each student with a daily handwriting workbook that will serve as meaningful morning work, helping them build strong handwriting habits while reinforcing fine motor skills, letter formation, spacing, and overall writing fluency.

Consistent handwriting practice not only improves penmanship but also helps students focus on expressing their ideas more effectively across all subject areas.

In addition to the workbooks, we hope to provide handwriting pencil grips for students who benefit from extra support in developing proper pencil grasp. These simple tools offer an added layer of scaffolding by encouraging correct hand positioning, reducing hand fatigue, and promoting greater confidence during writing tasks. For many students, especially those still developing fine motor skills, these grips serve as an important reminder of best practices while fostering independence.
