My Project

My students are curious, resilient, and excited to learn through hands-on experiences. They enjoy collaborating with their classmates, conducting science investigations, building models, and asking thoughtful questions about the world around them. Many of my students learn best when they can move, explore, and actively participate in lessons rather than simply read from a textbook.

Our classroom also includes students with disabilities and diverse learning needs who benefit from structured, accessible, and comfortable learning spaces.

The current brown picnic tables we use for seating were not designed for classroom instruction and can make it difficult for students to focus, organize materials, complete written work, and safely participate in labs and group activities. Flexible and sturdy science tables would provide all students, especially those who need additional support, with a more inclusive environment where they can work comfortably and confidently.

These science lab tables will help create a true classroom laboratory where students can collaborate effectively, engage in hands-on experiments, and build important problem-solving and communication skills. A proper learning environment will not only improve organization and participation, but also increase student pride, motivation, and excitement for science each day.
