My Project

My project includes items to help create a successful broadcasting class. I am in my second year of teaching and I am going to introduce my students to live broadcasting. My students will be broadcasting our home athletic games and other various school activities across a school youtube channel. The community will be able to view our events from the comfort of their homes or even on the go.

Students will be responsible for live broadcasting of events at our high school, as well as, interviewing and editing material.

In order to be able to create this class, a high end computer is needed to handle all the software and video productions. This class will help students in speech, technology, and language arts with their writing skills. My classes are comprised of all levels of students. I have numerous special education students in my classes working with our most advanced students.
