Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our Sudie TAG Lions are creative, thoughtful, and discerning with their reading! They arrive at our campus from all over the district, by car or by bus, the students come to prepare themselves for success in all different areas.
The students take on challenges with gusto and work hard to learn.
They come together from many different backgrounds and neighborhoods to create our wonderful student body. Everyday we celebrate their strengths and grow together as we recite our Lion's creed,
"We are Sudie - WE ARE ONE!"
My Project
The 2020 school year was one for the books, but now it's time to get ready for a new school year! Many of our students will be returning to the building for the first time in a year, and I want our room to be welcoming and inviting, with plenty of room for books and plenty of space to learn.
Our classroom needs to be spruced up for the 2021 school year!
These supplies, though basic in nature, will be key in helping create an environment with systems that work once our classrooms are filled again with our middle schoolers. We can't wait to welcome back the entire student body to Sudie!
