Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a curious and warm group of kids who have shown a great deal of respect for the books and materials in our classroom this year.

For that reason, I want to continue to help give them access to new books and book series that they'll like, a new rug to replace our old and dirty one, some shelves to display books on the walls, and a step ladder to make hanging things safer and more accessible.

I also have three students who are my librarians and they are excited to catalogue all of the books in our room with the scanning wand. This will help me to keep track of books when students check them out and return them.
