My Project

I am currently teaching 3-5 Life Skill Support to 10 students with intellectual disabilities. Each student disability varies from seizures, Autism and other intellectual disabilities. We have an early lunch and are always in need of snacks. I also have a student who always needs breakfast due to arriving late.

Our closets are empty and breakfast and snacks are needed.

I also added a few sensory items, sensory toys I would like to add to our classroom. I have a student who loves to look in the mirror. This is also a life skill to use the mirror and learn our face. I need the stickers so they are safer for the classroom environment.

We had a mini science lesson about space. My students are still asking questions. I thought the velcro space station would be a nice addition to our sensory play.
