My Project

In many elementary schools, classroom libraries serve as the heart of daily learning, sparking curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of reading. Unfortunately, many teachers face the challenge of building and maintaining these libraries with limited or no funding. Books become outdated, worn, or irrelevant to today’s diverse needs. New, high-quality books not only support literacy and comprehension skills but also help children see themselves reflected in the stories they read, promoting inclusion, empathy, and confidence.

Whether it's a child discovering an author for the first time or finding comfort in a story that mirrors their own experiences, every book has the potential to make a meaningful difference.
