My Project

One of the greatest loves in my life is reading. I truly try to pass this down to my students by providing interesting and topic related books in our class library.

Never underestimate the power of a children's story or picture book.

Simple text and beautiful illustrations can help students of any age get the gist of a historical person or event until they are ready to dive into the more wordy chapter books.

Students will earn a plastic baby for each book that they read. They love those little things, and if it will motivate them to read, I am all about it!
