Book Reports and Resources

Help me give my students books to study together! Our class is beginning to dive into book reports and I wanted to choose two books that would really make an impact.

My Project

My students are so unique! I love to celebrate them. In order to help them realize how great being different can be, I chose two books that celebrate diversity and adversity. The two books I have chosen are Esperanza Rising and Out of My Mind.

These books include students and kids that have dealt with disabilities, bullying, hardships in and out of school, and other struggles.

The goal is for my students to identify with these characters and learn with them as the books progress.

I have also added a TPT gift card so that I can use some book report resources that have already been created for these books. This will help save me time and make the process go more smoothly.
